Zinaida presented her exhibition "Transformation" at the CVPA Campus Gallery in UMass Dartmouth.
The exhibition took place from February through March 25, 2024, and captured the audience's attention with its profound and meditative exploration of femininity and spirituality. The central piece of the exhibition was a video installation titled "Dakini," created based on the artist's field research into the material and spiritual culture of Western Ukraine.

Zinaida's work is characterized by rich symbolism that blends Ukrainian and Slavic folklore with elements of traditional rituals and mythology. Through her photography and video pieces, the artist portrays women as vessels of life, highlighting the connection between female energy and the cyclical nature of existence. She asserts that "the ability of women to give life makes their energy the foundation of all things."

One of the exhibition’s highlights was the participation of UMass Dartmouth musicians, who performed the Ukrainian folk song "Oh, the Red Viburnum in the Meadow," adding cultural depth to the event and underscoring the connection to Ukrainian heritage.

Exhibition curator Viera Levitt remarked, "We are excited to present this work, which is both powerful and meditative, and highlights the strong spiritual roots and resilience of the region, especially in the context of the ongoing war in Ukraine."

The "Transformation" exhibition not only brought American audiences closer to the richness of Ukrainian culture and mythology but also symbolized the resilience and revival of feminine energy during times of war and hardship.

This exhibition marks another significant step in Zinaida's international career and demonstrates her ability to reinterpret traditional symbols through contemporary media, enriching the global artistic dialogue.
